Business Operations
Jennifer is a 20 year veteran of the business office. Her responsibilities currently include revenue management, billing, accounts receivable management and collections as well as assisting with accounts payable and financial reporting. Jennifer’s prior experiences include office administration in service and legal settings, dispatch management, and employment agency services management.
Jennifer is a graduate of Elmwood High School and attended Owens Community College. She and her children live in Cygnet and are active in local school activities.
Better known to most of us as “Floyd”, has been with Hanco for approximately 15 years. John started his career with the company as an EMT for approximately 5.5 years. With his extensive knowledge of electronics and radios, John was moved to head dispatcher for approximately for 7 years. John then moved to front business office as the daytime Head Dispatcher/Accounts Manager where he has been for approximately 2.5 years. John is originally from Findlay and prior to Hanco worked for Diamond Savings and Loan.
Stacy has nearly 20 years experience in the business arena. Much of Stacy’s experience comes from her work with a local horse farm and with North Baltimore EMS where she was the Utility Clerk. Stacy’s main focus at Hanco is revenue management but she is always ready and willing to jump in wherever she is needed.
Stacy and her daughter, who attends Van Buren Elementary School, are actively involved in showing their horses and barrel racing at local events.
